1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of video editing and post-production services by BoltonEdit.

2. Services

Services may include video editing, colour grading, motion graphics, subtitles, audio enhancement and related creative services.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients warrant they own or have permission to use all supplied footage, music, graphics, fonts and other content.

5. Project Timelines

Delivery dates are estimates and depend on timely receipt of materials and client feedback.

6. Revisions

Revision allowances are defined in the accepted quotation. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Fees & Payment

Projects under £500 may require full payment in advance. Larger projects may require a deposit with the balance payable before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

8. Late Payment

BoltonEdit reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding invoices are settled.

9. Cancellation

Work completed prior to cancellation may be chargeable.

10. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original supplied materials. Ownership of the completed edited deliverables transfers once all invoices have been paid in full.

11. Copyright

Clients are responsible for obtaining all licences and permissions for supplied content. BoltonEdit accepts no liability for infringement arising from client-supplied material.

12. Confidentiality

Client information and project files will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Delivery

Completed projects are normally delivered electronically using secure download links or Microsoft SharePoint.

14. File Retention

Unless otherwise agreed, project files may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

15. Limitation of Liability

BoltonEdit's liability is limited to the value of the services supplied, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the BoltonEdit Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
